FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions:
It is suggested that you show up at least 90 minutes before your flight, especially if you have an early morning flight. Keep in mind, though, that you’ll need to park, check in at the airline counter, and then proceed through TSA security.
Yes.
According to the airlines’ Contracts of Carriage, Passengers (departing from U.S. Airports) must complete the purchase of an airline ticket(s), check-in, obtain a boarding pass, and complete baggage check-in (if needed) at least:
– 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure
Also, you must be at your boarding gate at least:
– 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure
The airline may have the right to cancel your reservation, deny boarding and/or refuse the acceptance of checked baggage of any Passenger who fails to present himself/herself within the applicable check-in time limit for Passengers and/or Baggage.
Remember, it is your responsibility to arrive at the Airport with enough time to complete all ticketing, baggage check and security clearance procedures to arrive at the gate ready to board. If you don’t complete the process by these deadlines, you won’t make your flight and change fees may apply. We don’t want that to happen, so keep these times in mind when planning your Airport arrival.
